We are currently Sold-Out of Vendor space for our upcoming show on November 18/19, 2017.  As a vendor, if you wish to be added to our Waiting List for 2018, please contact our Show Coordinator, Ben at PRRShow@gmail.com.  Being added to the Waiting List does not guarantee you a spot in our 2018 Fall Show, but it does place you ahead of other vendors to be contacted, if/when we have space available.

Thank you to all of the vendors that have confirmed their attendance in 2017 and we look forward to seeing you on November 18 & 19,2017.

Update For Our 2017 Fall Show

Attention Vendors and Exhibitors:

Space at our 2017 Fall Show is selling out quickly. Currently we have less than 20 tables available for sale.

Please make sure you get in contact with our Show Co-Ordinator, Ben, no later then September 8th, 2017 to confirm your table(s).

As of September 9th, 2017 further applications will be put on hold for a 2-week timeframe. We will begin to finalize show numbers during this time.

On September 22nd, 2017 we will update you regarding the space we have left.
Once we are fully booked and at capacity for our venue, Ben will activate a Waiting List on a “first come first service basis”. In order to be placed on the Waiting List, you must provide the following information:

Name, Phone number, Number of tables you are booking.
Once you have been contacted by and confirmed by Ben, as to your participation with our 2017 Fall Show, you must pay the correct amount in cash for your booked tables when you arrive. We will not be accepting cheques or money orders at the door, upon your arrival.

It is in your best inserts to get on that wait list as soon as possible. In the event of a cancellation the wait list will be activated.

We have begun the process of distributing our Application Forms for our annual Model Railroad show.  All Vendors who attended our Fall Show in November 2016, will be receiving an application for this years show, as will Vendors that were on our 2016 ‘Waiting List’.  If you do not receive an Application Form or if your contact information has changed from what you provided last year, please contact Ben, our show coordinator at PRRShow@gmail.com.

Pine Ridge Fall Show Update as of October 18

Vendors & Exhibitors – Please be aware that we have completely Sold Out our Exhibitor space for our upcoming show on November 19/20.  If you wish to be added to our ‘Waiting List’, please contact Ben, our show coordinator at PRRShow@gmail.com.

In the event of an Exhibitor cancellation, the ‘Waiting List’ will be contacted on a First-come, First-served basis, so please include your name, contact information and number of tables you will would like to secure within the message.  It will be in your best interest to get onto the ‘Waiting List’ as soon as possible, if you are hoping to secure table space at this annual event.

Show Update as of October 11, 2016:

Vendors & Exhibitors – Please be aware that we have completely sold out the available wall space for our upcoming show on November 19/20.  Our remaining Vendor and Exhibitor space is extremely limited.  If you have not confirmed your attendance by contacting our show coordinator at PRRShow@gmail.com, your request for space will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Year-End BBQ

June 13th was our year-end BBQ and for the first time we held it at our club house.  Members were able to chat and have an operating session after the food was served.    It was a big success.  Thanks to all of the organizers and helpers before, during, and after the event.

Our Spring Show

It was a great show and thanks to all who assisted in clean-up, operations, sign coordination, layout planning and set-up. Thanks to those who assisted at the ticket sales and club sales table. Lots of club membership pamphlets were distributed as a result of the deep interest in what we do.  The members’ collective friendliness and modelling knowledge certainly contributed to the interest.  Thanks also to those who brought treats.

Fun was had by all and that’s what it’s all about.

 

Switching Layout Cobourg Show

The 20″ by 10′ switching layout was very well received at the Cobourg show. It kept two – three operators busy all day.  Children loved it as it was table height and were amazed to watch a six car train emerge from a building that would appear to have one car capacity. Parents loved it too as they didn’t have to lift their kids.
